FAQs & Troubleshooting
Make sure you entered the correct WiFi password during the WiFi setup. Check if there are problems with your internet connection. If the WiFi signal is too weak, reset your WiFi router and try again.
Continuously turn the light off and on 5 times until the light blinks
1. Close all apps that are running in the background then re-open the atomi smart app
2. Uninstall and reinstall the atomi smart app then repeat the setup process
1. Check if Smart White Bulb is turned off. If yes, turn it on and wait until Smart White Bulb reconnects with the WiFi network automatically
2. Check if there are problems with your internet connection. If necessary, reset your wireless router and try again
Check the light switch and make sure that it’s switched to ON. The Smart White Bulb requires an “always-on” power supply to operate

All the reviews I read on Amazon, people bought this with the atomi Smart Plug. I didn’t think I needed that, so I just bought the bulb by itself and it works fine. It does make it super easy to close down the house at bedtime, without having to go room to room or if the kids go get water from the kitchen and leave the light on.

I’m sold, and won’t be buying regular bulbs again. I’m slowly (and economically) transforming my house into a smart home. Baby steps! And I’ve started with lighting. My mom gave me the atomi outdoor string lights last christmas, which are awesome, and so I decided to bring the magic indoors with their light bulbs. They work in regular sockets, and the app is super easy to use. Basically, you can turn it off and on, play with brightness, change from white to yellow hues, and do everything you CAN’T with a regular bulb with your smartphone. Plus, they don’t cost that much when you think about how much you spend replacing regular bulbs.
