Atomi Smart provides a straightforward warranty that is hassle-free. Our customer service representatives will work hard to put a smile back on your face.

Warranty Coverage
This Warranty is provided by Atomi Smart and covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance that adversely affect the ability of the product to operate properly and when such products are purchased directly from Atomi Smart or an Atomi Smart Authorized Dealer. This warranty applies to the product only and does not cover the installation of the product (if applicable). This Limited Warranty is subject to all provisions, conditions, limitations, and exclusions described within this document. Under no circumstances will warranty coverage extend to products purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers.
Note: Atomi Smart will honor the 5-year warranty period on items that have a 1 or 3-year warranty period listed on the packaging, however, Atomi Smart reserves the right to make the final determination of warranty coverage.
In the event that a replacement product/part cannot be provided for your device, Atomi will exercise its sole discretion to offer a comparable or superior replacement product/part.
This warranty is non-transferrable and is applicable only to the original purchaser of the product. Any attempt to transfer or assign this warranty without the explicit written consent of Atomi Smart will render the warranty null and void. The benefits and obligations under this warranty are exclusive to the original purchaser and may not be extended to any other party.
Lifetime Limited Warranty Coverage*
Replacement parts maintain the warranty of the originally sold full product. If the full product is no longer covered under warranty, replacement parts will have a 90-day warranty. During the Warranty Period, Atomi will repair or replace the affected components of the defective product or repair or replace the defective product.
Please note that Atomi Smart reserves the right to make the final determination of warranty coverage based on its own evaluation of the fan and all its components.
Not Covered Under Warranty
Labor Excluded. This warranty does not cover any costs or fees associated with the labor and other fees required to install, remove, or replace parts for any Atomi Smart lighting, smart heaters, smart ceiling fans, and EV chargers.
- Products without sufficient proof of purchase
- Lost or stolen products
- Items that have expired their warranty period
- Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)
- Free products
- Repairs through 3rd parties
- Damage from outside sources
- Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly, modification, improper maintenance, etc.)
- Purchases from unauthorized resellers
- Ordinary wear and tear (minor cosmetic blemishes)
- Material, economic, and/or physical damages or losses caused by the product
Warranty Process
- Please provide sufficient proof of purchase, a description of the problem, and pictures of the alleged defect
- Please contact Atomi Smart customer service at support@atomismart.com, call us at 1-800-757-1440, or submit a ticket at https://atomismart.com/support/ to start a warranty claim
- Our team is available to help, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm (EST)
- After product inspection, if the warranty applies, Atomi Smart will repair or replace the product free of charge
