FAQs & Troubleshooting
Yes, the Atomi Smart Coffee Maker works with Alexa and Google Assistant.
Make sure you entered the correct WiFi password during the WiFi setup. Check if there are problems with your internet connection. If the WiFi signal is too weak, reset your WiFi router and try again.
1. The Smart Coffee Maker is unplugged; plug the Smart Coffee Maker back into the wall outlet.
2. There’s a power outage; wait for power to be restored.
3. The filter basket is not properly inserted; insert filter basket correctly.
4. Carafe is not placed on the warming plate; place carafe correctly on the warming plate.
There are no coffee grounds in the beans compartment or filter basket; add the desired amount of coffee to the filter.
The filter is not properly placed in the basket. Seat the filter properly within the filter basket.
Leaving the carafe on the hot plate with a low amount of coffee for longer than 2 hours may cause the water to evaporate and make the coffee bitter/burnt. It’s recommended to turn off the machine once the carafe has less than 2 cups of coffee.

This machine is smart enough to know how much water is in the machine so it can grind the correct amount of coffee to match, but not smart enough for you to tell it exactly how many cups you want? It would be nice to be able to fill up the machine and have that last a couple days as I only make a couple cups at a time. I hope they figure that out as some kind of upgrade, would make this machine perfect!

The original Coffee Grinder I ordered from Amazon arrived broken, but Atomi quickly sent me a replacement and was super easy to install and had my first pot of coffee this morning. Trying to figure in the app if I can fill the coffee maker with 12 cups and as many coffee beans as would handle, but in the morning only brew 5 cups and leave the remainder to brew the next day. If not a feature, would be cool to add as that way only setting up coffee pot once every 2 days!

Great product!!! I can not think of a better product.
Some improvements that would of made this perfect:
Did not come with a manual, so it was difficult to figure out wat the buttons do.
The Grinder should provide more options.
– currently it provides 3 options. the weakest option (1 bean) giinds to much making the coffee to strong for my tastes.
– Generally i like 3 to 4 scoups for a 12 cup pot. Currently i have to mix water half and half after the pot brews ;(.
lastly it keeps getting the wrong time.
