Atomi Smart Heater Product Recall
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Health Canada, Atomi is recalling its smart heaters. The heaters can turn on without user input, posing fire and burn hazards.

This recall involves smart electric heaters with the brand name Atomi Smart, which were manufactured during the period of October 2019 to April 2024. The heaters were sold at Amazon, Costco, Home Depot, Lowes.com, Sam's Club, Walmart, Best Buy, BJ's Wholesale Club, and other retailers.
To find the brand name and model number, check the bottom of the heater to locate the manufacturer's label.
If your product is affected by the recall, please immediately turn off and unplug the heater and complete this recall registration form to obtain your refund. For more information, please review the FAQs available in the navigation above.
To register, you will need scissors or another tool to cut the power cord, a permanent marker, and a device that can snap and upload photos. Instructions for the destruction of the heater to make it inoperable are provided as you move through the registration process. You will need to follow these instructions thoroughly to qualify for a refund.
Upon completion of processing a valid registration, we will issue you a refund in the form of a check equal to the MSRP of your model.
