Campaign Integration Privacy Notice

Atomi Inc. ("Atomi Smart," "we," "us," or "our") operates a private Google Ads management integration for internal advertising analysis, optimization and campaign administration.

This notice describes how our integration accesses, uses, stores and shares information obtained through the Google Ads API.

This notice supplements our general Website Privacy Policy.

2. Information Accessed

With authorization from an individual who has appropriate permissions to Atomi Smart's Google Ads account, the integration may access:

• Google Ads account identifiers and configuration information.

• Campaigns, ad groups, advertisements and advertising assets.

• Keywords, search terms and targeting configurations.

• Advertising expenditures, impressions, clicks and conversion metrics.

• Campaign performance reports and related analytics.

The integration requests access only for authorized advertising management activities.

3. How Information Is Used

Information obtained through the Google Ads API is used for Atomi Smart's internal business operations, including:

• Monitoring advertising performance.

• Preparing reports and identifying optimization opportunities.

• Conducting keyword research.

• Creating and modifying advertising campaigns.

• Evaluating advertising costs and campaign effectiveness.

• Supporting advertising management through authorized automation tools.

Google Ads information is not sold or used to provide an unrelated third-party data service.

4. Data Storage and Security

Atomi Smart limits access to integration credentials and advertising information to authorized personnel and approved service providers.

OAuth credentials and advertising data are handled using appropriate technical and organizational safeguards designed to prevent unauthorized access.

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for legitimate business operations, subject to applicable legal and contractual obligations.

5. Third-Party Services

Atomi Smart may use authorized software providers and automation tools to operate the integration, process advertising data and generate performance analysis.

Where applicable, these providers process information in connection with services performed for Atomi Smart and are subject to their respective terms, privacy policies and contractual obligations.

6. Access and Revocation

Authorized Google account users may revoke the application's access through their Google Account security settings.

Atomi Smart may also discontinue the integration's access to Google Ads data through its internal account administration processes.
