Atomi Inc. and its affiliates (collectively, “Atomi Smart,” “we” “us,” or “our”) strive to provide an equal level of access to people with disabilities, and to everyone, through an accessible website. We strive to meet relevant accessibility standards, and continually try to improve the accessibility and user experience of our website. 

Atomi Smart’s Ongoing Efforts to Maintain Digital Accessibility

We have designed and developed our website, and we seek to operate it, in substantial conformance with the Worldwide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (“WCAG”), the generally recognized and accepted guidelines/standards for website accessibility, at WCAG 2.1 level AA (or higher). We recognize that achieving and maintaining website accessibility is a continuous process. We regularly evaluate and update our website to try to maintain substantial compliance with these standards, and we welcome your feedback and suggestions to help us improve the accessibility of our website.

In the European Union, Atomi Smart also works to ensure compliance with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882). This includes accessibility of our website, e-commerce functions (such as identification, security, and payment processes), and mobile applications, as applicable. Our accessibility approach aligns with the European standard EN 301 549 v.3.2.1, which closely follows WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

Call our Customer Service team at (800) 757-1440.  When you call, please let our Customer Service representative know that you are contacting us for website accessibility assistance and/or to provide website accessibility feedback, which will assist them in directing your call or comments to a specialized Atomi Smart team member, if necessary.
  2. Send an e-mail to us at support@atomismart.com. Please write “Website accessibility assistance needed” or “Website accessibility feedback” (as applicable) in the Subject line of your e-mail. Please provide as much detail about the accessibility issue you are writing about in your e-mail.

Atomi Smart will study any comments or feedback you provide, and will try to find a solution to any accessibility problems you may experience. If the Customer Service representative that receives your call or communication is not able to provide an immediate accessibility solution to you, we will strive to get back to you with additional information within five (5) business days after we receive your comments.

If you are located in the European Union and are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility inquiry, you may also contact the national enforcement authority in your Member State responsible for monitoring compliance with Directive (EU) 2019/882.
