Love my Atomi Mini Split, price, performance and customer service, had an issue with my indor unit, Reached out to Atomi and David took care of my issue within a timely manner and a super positive attitude.

Got it installed professionally and it works great! Will be getting more for the other rooms in the future!

I have changed my previous review because customer service called me directly to discuss the issue and is replacing the air handler without me even asking for it! (There was a mysterious leak from the air handler which my contractor fixed) Otherwise the unit has great cooling and runs quietly. It has more running mode options than my expensive split units in the main house which helps with the electric bill. The remote software allows me to control the unit (which is separate from the house) from my bedroom.

Purchased in September 2025 and has been in service since October. This is a very thorough complete system. Arrived well packaged but somehow there was a dent in the cabinet. I contacted Atomi and they shipped the replacement panel as soon as they had stock. I feel like this was a lot of features and initial quality for the money. Time will tell how it holds up. Installed in attached garage and am pleased with the performance for a 24' X 36' garage with large garage door opening multiple times per day. It has maintained the temperature with outside temps in the single digits this month!
