FAQs & Troubleshooting
Make sure you entered the correct WiFi password during the WiFi setup. Check if there are problems with your internet connection. If the WiFi signal is too weak, reset your WiFi router and try again.
1. Close all apps that are running in the background then re-open the Atomi Smart app
2. Uninstall and reinstall the Atomi Smart app then repeat the setup process
1. Check if Smart Ceiling Light is turned off. If yes, turn them on and wait until it reconnects with the WiFi network automatically
2. Check if there are problems with your internet connection. If necessary, reset your wireless router and try again

Wasn’t sure about it at first but it’s really good once you get used to working with all of the features, honestly there’s so much, you’ve really just gotta play with it and eventually it becomes second nature and that will in turn save you so much money on electricity. I have found that the schedule and it being so easy to turn it off has allowed me to reduce my bill and carbon footprint significantly.

Whoever made it really went above and beyond! It’s got everything in the book as far as features. And what it does, it does very well. Well built and very solid. Little hard to set up the software. Saw the reviews that said to sand the ceiling to smooth it out before you install it and they are right, definitely do that, it looks so much nicer. Luckily the person who lived here before I did and installed the fixture that was previously in use sanded it so I didn’t have to.

If you have Alexa it is so much better! Even if you don’t, I’d get it. If you’re about to fall asleep with your book or something and you dont wanna wake yourself back up by getting up to turn the light off or use your phone, it’s as easy as saying it outloud. Great gift! (Even for elderly people) I had to help set it up initially but my grandparents learned quickly how to operate it. They do have smartphones, so keep that in mind. But if they can use an IPhone then this shouldn’t be too much of an adjustment.

Love all the color choices. I put a half dozen of these lights in my dining room. I like to put them all individually into the setting where they cycle through all the colors but not in unison. They are all different, but it actually looks pretty cool and makes for a pretty nice effect. You just have to see it. Trust me, it’s a total vibe!

Works exactly as described and the setup was cake. Watch the video and you will be ok. This light performs well but you will have to spend hundreds to get better colored lighting or have to buy a bunch of Hue bulbs. The regular White LED is pretty good and is better than most i’ve seen. All and all, I would say it is better than its price point. This light is totally worth the money.

I bought 2 of these for my condo and I love them. Super easy to install. Got it done in about a half hour with a step ladder, screwdriver, and some basic electrical knowledge. Once I had them mounted on the ceiling, I set them up with my phone. The whole thing was too easy! You can install one of these and have it working with Alexa in less than 30 minutes. I absolutely love them, and for $80 I feel like it was a total steal.
