FAQs & Troubleshooting
Make sure you entered the correct WiFi password during the WiFi setup. Check if there are problems with your internet connection. If the WiFi signal is too weak, reset your WiFi router and try again.
1. Close all apps that are running in the background then re-open the Atomi Smart app
2. Uninstall and reinstall the Atomi Smart app then repeat the setup process
1. Check if Smart Wall Light is turned off. If yes, turn them on and wait until it reconnects with the WiFi network automatically
2. Check if there are problems with your internet connection. If necessary, reset your wireless router and try again
In order to connect multiple lights and control with the Atomi Smart app you are required to create a group.
– On the Atomi Smart app, select one of the lights that you’ve added
– Press the top right button (Pencil icon)
– Press “Create Group” and select all the lights you want to group
– Press “Save”. You can now control all your Smart Wall Lights simultaneously!
The Smart Wall Light uses RGB LEDs, allowing you to choose from millions of colors. Using the Atomi Smart app on your smart device, you can choose the exact color(s) you want for your color sequence

Awesome sconce lights. Called atomi because they weren’t working at first. They helped troubleshoot, which was an issue with my wifi. Great customer service too. Would buy again.

I am giving 4 stars because I had some trouble connecting, but it may of been my wifi. I think this lights are a solid set for the price. They are classy with the metal looking design. After I got connected they were easy to use and I love using with my echo. Super fun bonus that you can talk to them with Alexa instead of getting up to change the colors or turn it on.

I was looking for outdoor lighting up off the ground (I have unruly pups and kids), and I didn’t want to hang lights. The wall sconce lights are perfect! I was worried about installing them against my stucco house, but was surprisingly easy. I have to hide my phone from my youngest. He figured out how to change the colors and he’ll sit ther and play with it all night (haha). Seriously: great product and simply app that actually works like it’s supposed to.
