Your Smart Shop Light is easy to set up, because we know some things should be stress-free
FAQs & Troubleshooting
Make sure you entered the correct WiFi password during the WiFi setup. Check if there are problems with your internet connection. If the WiFi signal is too weak, reset your WiFi router and try again.
1. Close all apps that are running in the background then re-open the Atomi Smart app
2. Uninstall and reinstall the Atomi Smart app then repeat the setup process
Wi-Fi networks come in a lot of shapes and sizes with many quirks.
It doesn’t mean your Smart Shop Light is malfunctioning.
If problems persist, please try these steps, in order:
1. Force quit and re-launch the Atomi Smart app. Check to see if this fixes the issue.
2. Unplug Smart Shop Light and plug it back in. Check to see if this fixes the issue.
3. Unplug your router and plug it back in. Check to see if this fixes the issue.
4. Delete and reinstall the Atomi Smart app. Check to see if this fixes the issue.
5. If all else fails, restore your Smart Shop Light to factory settings:
Unplug your Smart Shop Light. Plug it back in and pull and hold the chain for 5 secs
Check wires to ensure proper connections. Make sure your breaker is on and test another working electrical device to make sure it is receiving power

I certainly wish set up was easier, though I don’t know how it could be. Honestly, it’s worth it in the end. The fact that you can connect multiple lights together and control them all with your smartphone and Alexa is pretty priceless. Also glad it still has a pull chain because seriously, if you’re right there, there’s no need to pull out your phone or do voice command. So, it’s pretty practical and well-made overall.

This is a great shop light. I bought a few to link together in my garage. My wife and I both do woodworking, and it’s definitely bright enough for our needs (a lot of intricate detailing sometimes). Good price point too, for being a smart light! Not all that more expensive than regular lights at Home Depot or Lowes. Cool that I can turn everything on before going downstairs. Even better, if something calls me away and I end up staying away for the rest of the night, I don’t have to back down to shut everything off. I just tell Alexa to.
