FAQs & Troubleshooting
Make sure you entered the correct WiFi password during the WiFi setup. Check if there are problems with your internet connection. If the WiFi signal is too weak, reset your WiFi router and try again.
You can control lights, fans, humidifiers, portable heaters, and any small appliance in accordance with the Smart Plug’s specifications
Wi-Fi networks come in a lot of shapes and sizes with many different quirks. It doesn’t mean your Smart Plug is malfunctioning.
If problems persist, please try these steps, in order:
1. Force quit and re-launch the Atomi Smart app. Check to see if this fixes the issue
2. Unplug Smart Plug and plug it back in. Check to see if this fixes the issue
3. Unplug your router and plug it back in. Check to see if this fixes the issue
4. Delete and reinstall the Atomi Smart app. Check to see if this fixes the issue.
5. If all else fails, restore your Smart Plug to factory settings: Unplug your Smart Plug and plug it back in. Hold the power button for 10 seconds
1. Make sure the devices connected to the Smart Plug are turned ON.
2. Make sure your mobile device and Smart Plug are connected to the same network.

Although not HomeKit compatible, the IOS App works perfect. Bought a set of plugs at a discount and once I got them set up, realized it was the perfect timer for lights while away from home. Eventually bought sets for each room and the outdoor ground lights. The app is stupid easy to use. Simply put, a great product that exceeds my expectations. Looking forward to adding additional devices in the future.

As long as this thing holds up, I’d say its the best coffee grinder on the market, especially for the price. I don’t have Alexa, or google home, it would be awesome if they added compatibility with Siri though. 😁hopefully coming soon

There are a lot of smart plugs out there, but this one is probably the most well made. It turns lights on and off when I’m not home, which, for my neighborhood, is a good thing. Fools anybody into thinking I’m home!

This baby does the job! We bought it for the kids’ play room, which happens to be a converted basement. We have an AC unit down there and it’s nice to be able to get the room cooled off before they go down during the summer. The plug is super affordable, for being a smart gadget.

My network has both 2.4 and 5 GHz. Will the network automatically select the required 2.4 GHz for the smart plug?

Can’t get it to connect to my (super fast) wifi connection, in spite of having the plug, phone, and router within 2 feet of each other – it keeps “timing out” before connecting. Super frustrating.
