FAQs & Troubleshooting
Make sure you entered the correct WiFi password during the WiFi setup. Check if there are problems with your internet connection. If the WiFi signal is too weak, reset your WiFi router and try again.
1. Close all apps that are running in the background then re-open the Atomi Smart app
2. Uninstall and reinstall the Atomi Smart app then repeat the setup process
1. Check if Smart Flood Light is turned off. If yes, turn them on and wait until it reconnects with the WiFi network automatically
2. Check if there are problems with your internet connection. If necessary, reset your wireless router and try again
In order to connect multiple lights and control with the Atomi Smart app you are required to create a group.
– On the Atomi Smart app, select one of the lights that you’ve added
– Press the top right button (Pencil icon)
– Press “Create Group” and select all the lights you want to group
– Press “Save”. You can now control all your Smart Flood Lights simultaneously!
The Smart Floodlight uses RGB LEDs, allowing you to choose from millions of colors. Using the Atomi Smart app on your smart device, you can choose the exact color(s) you want for your color sequence
