FAQs & Troubleshooting
Make sure you entered the correct WiFi password during the WiFi setup. Check if there are problems with your internet connection. If the WiFi signal is too weak, reset your WiFi router and try again.
1. Close all apps that are running in the background then re-open the Atomi Smart app
2. Uninstall and reinstall the Atomi Smart app then repeat the setup process
1. Check if Smart Ceiling Light is turned off. If yes, turn them on and wait until it reconnects with the WiFi network automatically
2. Check if there are problems with your internet connection. If necessary, reset your wireless router and try again

It’s one of my most requested items in my building. I have seen potential tenants literally tell me that they will only move into a unit that comes equipped with one of these. We just put in another big order though, so they should all come with one in the future.

Put them in all of my gyms, staff loves me. This way they dont have to climb up the step ladder to pull the switch anymore. It was a huge inconvenience that we were all very happy to say goodbye too!

Wasn’t sure about it at first but it’s really good once you get used to working with all of the features, honestly there’s so much, you’ve really just gotta play with it and eventually it becomes second nature and that will in turn save you so much money on electricity. I have found that the schedule and it being so easy to turn it off has allowed me to reduce my bill and carbon footprint significantly.

Whoever made it really went above and beyond! It’s got everything in the book as far as features. And what it does, it does very well. Well built and very solid. Little hard to set up the software. Saw the reviews that said to sand the ceiling to smooth it out before you install it and they are right, definitely do that, it looks so much nicer. Luckily the person who lived here before I did and installed the fixture that was previously in use sanded it so I didn’t have to.

If you have Alexa it is so much better! Even if you don’t, I’d get it. If you’re about to fall asleep with your book or something and you dont wanna wake yourself back up by getting up to turn the light off or use your phone, it’s as easy as saying it outloud. I personally love it because I am an insomniac so a good night’s sleep is a huge blessing for me and a rarity in my household.

Pretty much a steal in my book. I think I’d probably pay a lot more if I knew how much I was getting for the price. Take my word for it. You’ll definitely want this. Make sure you smoothen out your ceiling though, before installation! That’s a difference maker.

Great gift! (Even for elderly people) I had to help set it up initially but my grandparents learned quickly how to operate it. They do have smartphones, so keep that in mind. But if they can use an IPhone then this shouldn’t be too much of an adjustment.

Got one for our daughter’s bedroom. The light is super bright but can be dimmed down if needed. It comes in handy when she is doing School work because she doesn’t like bright blinding lights at night but she still needs something to slightly illuminate the room so she can read.
